The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors will host a virtual Climate Action and Resiliency Town Hall

April 6 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm PDT

We need to show up and put the wind in their sails!   The town hall is April 6, Tuesday, from 5pm to 6:pm

Here’s how:

  1. Register for the zoom Town Hall. (Here’s the link). Attend and ask questions, make suggestions, etc. through the Q+A feature.
  2. Submit comments, policy suggestions, and questions in advance of April 6th to climate@sonoma-county.org
  3. To get a sense of some policy ideas and where our aspirations lie, read through the Sonoma Climate Mobilization adopted on March 8th by the Board of the Regional Climate Protection Authority (RCPA).
  4. From Coalition Opposing New Gas Stations: CONGAS: Show up and let the Board know that we want an ordinance prohibiting or at least significantly restricting  the construction of new gas stations in Sonoma County. Please be there and chime in! Details in this link.
